Terms & Conditions
By choosing to utilize any and all of the services offered by Teaching the World to Love, LLC, and any of its affiliates, DBAs, and subsidiaries, such as Christina Renée Joubert, Personal Growth for All®, and Teaching the World to Love®, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following:
You understand that Christina Renée Joubert and Teaching the World to Love, LLC (and all its subsidiaries/DBAs/affiliates) are not licensed medical providers and its associates are not licensed medical or mental health practitioners.
You understand that all content provided, including but not limited to, videos, coaching, classes, courses, teaching, articles/blog posts and/or training provided is for educational, informational, training, and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute, supplement, or replace medical/mental health services provided by a licensed medical provider.
You recognize that you are responsible for your self-care and that you are responsible for seeking any and all medical and psychological/mental health support needed.
You recognize and acknowledge that Christina Renée Joubert is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor or medical doctor.
You recognize and acknowledge that Christina Renée Joubert does not provide counseling, therapy, or clinical mental health support.
You know that working with or engaging Christina Renée Joubert, Teaching the World to Love, LLC, (and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or DBAs) is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy.
You will not hold Christina Renée Joubert or Teaching the World to Love, LLC (and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or DBAs) responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or other misfortune that may occur in connection with your participation/engagement with Teaching the World to Love, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, DBAs, associates, partners, and Christina Renée Joubert.
You recognize and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being at all times, including before, during, and after engaging Teaching the World to Love, LLC and its associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and/or Christina Renée Joubert.
You confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that you’re able to enter into this agreement and do so willfully and intentionally.
You agree to hold harmless Christina Renée Joubert and Teaching the World to Love, LLC and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, DBAs, partners, contractors, and associates, in any and all respects, in any and all domains and regions, and in perpetuity.
By utilizing our website and reviewing or engaging any of our content, events/experiences, or our people, in any way, you are confirming that you understand and agree with all the terms and conditions listed above and below.
By utilizing Teaching the World to Love, LLC’s services and engaging our websites and our content, interface, and platforms, you represent that you are of legal age, have full legal capacity, and agree that you will not revoke or deny this agreement at any time.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU FOR YOURSELF AND ON BEHALF OF ALL OF THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS TEACHING THE WORLD TO LOVE, LLC, THE OTHER TEACHING THE WORLD TO LOVE ENTITIES, and their respective owners, stockholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, representatives, successors, heirs and assigns, and each and every person acting by, through, under, or in concert with them, or any of them (hereinafter, individually and collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) of and from all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or equity, suits, claims, demands, damages, liability, lost cost or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent (hereinafter referred to as “Claims”) that you may have or hereafter have against the Released Parties by reason of any injuries that you may sustain, whether to our person, property, and/or reputation, including, without limitation, any and all claims for copyright infringement, false endorsement, rights of publicity, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy, as a result of or incident to the Released Parties’ use of the Recording, the Recording Rights, and/or the Submitted Information in connection with the use of any and all of Teaching the World to Love, LLCs services and/or in any manner authorized or contemplated in this Release. You, for yourself and on behalf of all of the other Participants, further covenant not to sue or otherwise pursue any form of recovery or legal action, including arbitration, against any of the Released Parties arising from or relating to any Claim. For purposes of this Release, the “Teaching the World to Love entities” shall mean all brands owned under Teaching the World to Love, LLC, including but not limited to Teaching the World to Love ®, When Soulmates Unite®, Teaching the World to Love ® Academy, Personal Growth for All ®, I Choose Love Project™, and such entities’ respective past, present and future affiliates, owners, general and limited partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, vendors, licensees, sponsors, advertisers, and broadcast partners.
