All of a sudden I am mad at everyone, especially men. What's up with that?

Dear Christina,
Perimenopausal rage! I’m on this woo woo magical journey and then boom! I’m mad, and no one understands why… including me. I’m pissed off at men. I’m married to a great man, but he’s got his programming too. I know I’m not perfect, and I am working on me… hence this request. What’s up with this?!
~Jacquie
Dear Jacquie,
Thank you for writing in and asking me what's up with the new anger and rage that's moving through you!
I chuckled a bit when I read your request because I know all too well what it feels like when the energy of rage moves through me and how powerfully I express it. (You'll know what I mean when you watch the video!! You'll probably get a chuckle out of it as well!)
The good news is that over the years, I've taught myself and others how to attach to the energy and the experience of rage in a way that is honoring, fulfilling, nurturing, empowering -- and most importantly, in a way that does no harm to ourselves or anyone else.
In the free coaching video I share with you some of my powerful Consciously Overcoming® mindsets and the strategies I use (and teach!!) to reframe our rage, and I give you tools to work with it so that you can begin embracing the rage, and supporting yourself through its release in healthy and wonderful ways. Once you make this shift, you may find the rage goes away completely, or you may find that you're able to respect and appreciate the way your subconscious thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are coming up, through and out of you and so the energy of rage no longer has a negative hold on you.
I hope this little free coaching sesh is freeing for you. :) If you have a specific incident you'd like to give to me, I'd be happy to record you another coaching video with tactical guidance on why it's happening (why it's showing up in your movie), what the higher purpose is for it, and what shifts you can make so that you you can heal, grow, and evolve from it.
I very much enjoyed recording this video for you. :)
With love, gratitude, grit, and grace,
