Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for writing in and asking such a vulnerable question. I suffered deeply most of my life from a low self-image and low self-esteem, so I know how it feels to be where you are, and I know it sucks. Big time. I also know that if I was able to raise myself up from the devastating self-hate that I carried with me for more than four decades, you can as well and in the video I share a bit of how I learned, from the inside out, how to like and love myself and how profoundly this changed everything about me and my life. In the coaching video, I also share a vulnerable personal story about some terribly nasty thoughts I had been having about myself (out of nowhere) and how I shifted the thoughts by using my tools, once I remembered I could and should!
